Rosie joined CBSI in November 2022 as a Revenue Cycle Specialist. Prior to joining CBSI, Rosie was a CNA and worked her way up to Health Information Manager for a local SNF. Her experience includes 27 years in customer service. She brings over 17 years of experience and knowledge in the Medical field to include DME/pharmacy billing, mental and behavioral health billing, SNF and Assisted Living billing, obtaining inpatient and outpatient authorizations, claims processing and management, accounts receivable, audit research and payment posting.
She now works as an Online Support Specialist with SNFCB.com helping users understand CMS Consolidated Billing guidelines. She has her Certified Coding Specialist- Physician based credential through AHIMA.
