Preparing and filing a certificate of need is expensive. The application process is difficult and time consuming. The Provider must have a knowledge of certificate of need laws and how they apply to market conditions, financial feasibility, staff availability and integration with other providers.

As part of every CON application we work with the provider to:

• Review population density and staffing availability
  
• Prepare the application
  
• Clarify the application during screening and review
  
• Defend the application at public hearings
