Effective January 1, 2010, pursuant to section 182(b) of MIPPA, CMS is making corresponding revisions in Pub. 10002, Medicare Benefit Policy Manual, chapter 15, section 50.4.5, for use in the determination of a medicallyaccepted indication of drugs and biologicals used offlabel in an anticancer chemotherapeutic regimen.
