Transmittal 586, dated October 30, 2009 is being rescinded and replaced by Transmittal 661, dated March 23, 2010. This CR is being rescinded and replaced to make a correction on BR 6683.3.1.2. They are replacing Reason Code 16 and Remark Code M78 with Reason Code 4. Remark Code M78 was discontinued. All other material remains the same.
