Managing in a PPS Environment [Half Day]
This session will provide proven management techniques to control your PPS dollars. We will review ancillary contracting methods, the Medicare daily stand-up meeting, the weekly MDS meeting and interdepartmental systems. Each participant will leave with samples of facility systems that will help control your Medicare dollar.
