Managing an In-House Rehab Program [Half Day]
This session will describe the fundamentals of coverage, patient RUG-III group placement, and how to estimate costs prior to the delivery of services. We will demonstrate the fundamentals of a cost-effective restorative nursing program, staffing the rehab department in the PPS environment and how nursing and rehab can work together to improve patient outcomes while containing facility costs.
